About Reimbursement for driving
It is possible to get reimbursement for business driving according to fixed mileage rates, if you use your own or a partner's vehicle.
Commercial driving is:
-
Driving between home and workplace for a max of 60 days within 12 months (the 60-day rule).
-
Driving between workplaces for the same employer in your own car
-
Driving within the same workplace in your own car
The calculation of the allowance can be set up according to three types of allowance per year, per day and per trip, but the standard is typically per year. Setting up per day is most often used for driving deductions. See the Tax Agency's current rates here.
The allowance will appear on the trips driven in the menu item driving book on the web by clicking on a specific trip, as well as the menu item "Book" in the Mileage Book app. This will also appear in the exported reports.

Additional rates
It is also possible to add additional rates. It can be in connection with driving with a trailer, where you get a small supplement on top of the standard rate you otherwise receive.
Traffic over a bridge with a charge of (Bridge money) or payment for transport by ferry will in these cases be seen by SKAT as an outlay instead. You can read more about Mileage Book outlays here.
