If you experience problems with your Android device's GPS signal, which results in Mileage Book app not registering distance or to and from the address, the following solutions can help you solve these issues.
The most common problem, across all the various Android devices is that there is a battery-saving feature that can shut down a GPS signal for a given app, including the Mileage Book, to extend battery life for as long as possible. It is therefore important that the Mileage Book app is not covered by the Android device's battery-saving feature to start with.
It is therefore a great idea to start the troubleshooting by checking these battery-saving features, and making sure that the Mileage Book app isn't included.
