Some of the most common issues are listed below:
- No GPS signals
- The GPS does not update your location
- The GPS indicates the wrong location
- The compass on your mobile shows the wrong direction
- Apps can not find your location
- Check if your location services is set up correctly
One of the most common problems is that Mileage Book is not allowed to use the phone's location and the GPS signal. To allow this, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings
- Continue to Privacy
- Select Location Services
- Then find Mileage Book and change it to Always
- Restart the phone
A simple restart of the phone can solve many of the problems that may occur on the phone.
- Make sure you have the latest iOS version installed
Apple regularly publishes new updates to their devices. With these new software updates, there are changes to the phone itself. The implementation of these changes can affect the behavior of various applications.
If your phone stays on an older iOS version, it is possible that you will continue to experience complications with your apps, such as Mileage Book.
It is therefore important that you keep your phone up to date by always having the latest iOS version installed.

- Make sure you have the latest app version installed
Like Apple, Mileage Book also periodically releases app updates. These updates contains new features and bug fixes, which is why it is important to keep the app up to date.

- Make sure you have a working signal
- Restart your location service
- Go to Settings
- Continue to Privacy
- Select Location Services
- Turn off Location Services, wait 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
You can also choose to switch Airplane mode on and off, from the control center. This will turn off all your wireless connections and restart them when you turn it off again.
- Reset all your location and network data
- Go to Settings
- Select General
- Press Reset
- Now Reset Network Settings and Reset Location & Privacy
NB: After you have reset your data, you will need to reconnect to your WiFi manually.
