Do you receive the error message ‘’UnProcessed Trips’’? then it might be because you have unprocessed trips in the Unprocessed tap in your Mileage Book app.
Automatic registered trips, will be located in the Unprocessed tab. Here you'll have to process the trips. Unwanted trips should be swiped to the left and the trips which you want to include in your mileage report, should be swiped to the right.
To get rid of the error message ''Unprocessed Trips'', please go to the Unprocessed tap and process the trips.
You can to this by following these steps:
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Go to the Unprocessed tap
- Fill out the purpose on those trips you want to include in the mileage report and swipe them to the right
- Swipe unwanted trips to the left
The error message should now be gone and you should be able to transfer your mileage report again.
It is currently only possible to process your unprocessed trips in the Mileage Book app and not on the website.
