If you receive the error message ‘’Unprocessed Trips’’, the solution is found right here.
Automatically registered trips, will be located in the Unprocessed tab. Here you'll have to process the trips.
You can to this by following these steps:
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Go to the Unprocessed tap
- Fill out the purpose on those trips you want to include in the mileage report and swipe them to the right
- Swipe unwanted trips to the left
The error message should now be gone and you should be able to transfer your mileage report again.
If the error persists, we urge you to perform a manual synchronization under: More --> Settings --> Server --> Synchronize.
