What does the different tabs mean in the app?

New

This is the default tab, when you open the app. This is the main tab, which is where you will start/stop your trips. The tab features a map, where you can keep track on where you are driving.

In the top left corner, you will see a car brand icon (If you have more than one car registered). You can press the icon and select the car, which you will be driving in.

You also have the option to enter a trip manually on this tab. You will find this option on the right, next to the START-button. Here you enter the following information:

• Date and time
• Purpose of the trip
• Select a project (if relevant or needed)
• Enter a from and to address
• Select a trip type

When done, just press the Save button.

Unprocessed

The Unprocessed tab is meant for the Pro+ users, who uses the automatic start-stop feature. When a trip has been registered using the automatically, it will placed in this tab.

Here you will have to fill out the purpose of the trip. After the purpose has been entered, you will have to either swipe the specific trip right to approve or swipe left to discard the trip.

Book

In the Book tab, you have an overview of your monthly trips. In the top bar, to the left you will be able to change which car you want to show trips for. 

To the right of the car brand icon, you will be able to see which month you are currently viewing and in the top left and right corners you will be able to switch back and forth between the months.

In the lower bar, you will find information on how many kilometers or miles you have driven and the amount of money you have earned the specific month.

Export

In the Export tab you have the option to either export your mileage log or post your mileage allowance directly in your preferred accounting system.

Settings

The last tab is the Settings tab, where you will find the following settings:

• Server
  Here you can see which email you are signed in with, which internet connection you are using, if you are using touch ID, the last date you synchronized your data to the server.
  
  Below you will find two buttons, the Synchronize button, which synchronizes your data to the Mileage Book server and the Log out button.
  
  
• Generel
  Here you will find the system parameters, which you can read about here.
  
  
• User
  Here you will find your information:
  1. Name
  2. Home address
  3. Company name
  4. VAT number
  5. Employee number
  
  
• Cars
  Here you have the option to add or remove cars. By pressing the ''+'', you will be directed to another page, where you have to enter the car name and the license plate and choose an icon for the car. 
  
  
• Automatic start-stop
  If you are a Pro+ user, you have to connect your iBeacon on this page. Here you can also check to see if you are connected to your iBeacon and on this page you are able to setup the work schedule by selecting the Schedule button. 
  
  On the schedule page, you have to option to activate/deactivate the schedule. When you activate the schedule, you can select the days and hours you want to automatically register your trips.
  
  
• Places
  Here you can add or remove places. To learn more about Places, please read here.
  
  
• PurposeThis setting lets you add, or customize common purposes for your trips, making it faster and easier to register.
  
  
• Trip type
  Here you can add or customize trip types. The predefined ones are "Private" and "Business"
  
  
• Reimbursement
  This is where you input the wages of your mileage allowance.
• Receipts
  This setting lets you adjust whether the app should save your photographed receipts on your phones cameraroll. 
• Expense type
  This setting lets you add or customize common expenses.
• Integration
  Here you can read about some of the accounting system, which you can integrate your Mileage Book account with. You can also contact us, if you wish to integrate with another system and we will look into the possibility to create the integrate.
