If you experience errors or shortcomings in registering your trips, there are a few things you can try yourself to check that it is working as it should.
- Check your driving record. Have you checked to see if your trips are on another car? Have you set a date filter that limits the date range from the last time you were logged in? If you are missing a trip, it may have been entered with the wrong year. Set the date filter to far in the future so that you can see all trips in the future.
- Check if the device is flashing/lighting green.
- Check if the tracker's unique Imei number is on the correct car in the Mileage book.

- Login via www.mileagebook.dk > login > User settings > Vehicles

Specific errors
I am missing trips.
- Check if your trips are in another car?
- Have you set a date filter that limits the date range since you last logged in?
- If you are missing a trip, it may have been entered with the wrong year. Set the date filter to far in the future so that you see all trips several years in the future.
- Has your tracker called in to Mileage Book recently? You can see this under System Setup > Tracking Devices. If it has not been seen recently, it may be due to two things.

- Your SIM card may have been blocked after a trip abroad or possibly suspended by mistake. If it is after you have been on a trip abroad that your tracker stopped registering trips, your tracker may have been "caught" by a foreign network and cannot find its way back home. You can therefore take your tracker out of the car and let it discharge for at least 12 hours. Then put it back in the car and see if it starts registering trips again. Please note that it may take up to half a day before it returns to normal operation.

My trips have been entered as one continuous trip.
Your tracker needs to be configured differently or there may have been a general error. You must contact Mileage Book and provide examples of trips that have been incorrectly continuous. Mileage Book will update your tracker's software and will also push a new configuration to the device.
I have many small, short trips.

My device does not light up/flash green.
Your device is not getting power. It must be mounted correctly so that it gets enough power to function.
My car is showing signs of a fault.
Before taking your car to a mechanic, it is important that you contact Mileage Book support to ensure that the tracker's software works best with your specific type of car. If you have a Chinese car or a pure electric car, your tracker may need a special setup.
