How to export mileage reports to payroll

About payroll files

As an administrator or controller, you can extract the employees' driving accounts into a combined salary file in CSV format, which is adapted to the desired salary system. The file can then be imported into your payroll system.

How to create a payroll file

1. Log on to www.mileagebook.dk
2. Select Accounts > Payroll
3. In the Payroll tab, you have the option of extracting the approved driving accounts. This is done by clicking on create payroll file.
4. NOTE: In the date field, you have the option of choosing which approved driving accounts are to be included in the payroll file, and the date intersects with the approval date for the Mileage logs.
5. The exported file in your downloads folder can now be imported into the payroll system.
