When submitting a mileage log for approval as an employee, the approver have the opportunity to either reject individual trips or reject the entire mileage log.
The rejected trips will be transferred to the "rejected trips" tab, which you can access in the Mileage Book app or on the Mileage Book website.
Mileage Book app:
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Select More
- Select Rejected Trips
(If there are some rejected trips you will see them marked with an exclamation mark)
You will now have an overview of which trips have been rejected and from here you can choose the trip(s) to be edited by pressing the pencil or simply deleting by pressing the trash can.
If you choose to edit the trip, you must press the checkmark in the upper right corner after all changes have been made - You will then be asked if this trip needs to be submitted for approval again.
Mileage Book website
- Log in to Mileage Books website
- Select Book
- Select Rejected Tours
(If there are some rejected trips you will see that rejected trips are marked with a 1)
You will now have an overview of which trips have been rejected and from here you can choose the trip(s) to be edited by pressing the pencil or simply deleting by pressing the trash can.
If you choose to edit the trip, you must press the checkmark in the upper right corner after all changes have been made - You will then be asked if this trip needs to be submitted for approval again.
