About Company card
- If you as an employee have a cost in connection with the work tasks that is paid with a company card, the uploaded expense must be matched with the company card transaction in the bank.
- Before anyone can match a company card transaction with an outlay, it is important that the account's outlay management settings are set up. Administrator can follow this guide to set up outlay handling settings correctly.
- Mastercard transactions are synchronized daily into the Mileage Book, and when you as an employee have an outlay in connection with work, you must create an expense in the Mileage Book system and match this expense together with a Mastercard transaction.
Follow the steps below to create an expense and match it with a transaction.

- Create an expense in the Mileage Book where the expense has been paid with a Mastercard (company card) - See if applicable. this guide.
- Select Company card
- Select Transactions
- Find the Mastercard (company card) transaction that originates from the expense created.
- Press clip to link the correct expense to this transaction or select outlay icon if the expense must be manually created and linked to a transaction.
- If you select the clip, you must find the expense in the list and press Select
- If you choose the outlay icon, you must specify which expense type the transaction must be linked with and add a picture of the receipt (It is possible to refrain from uploading a receipt by finishing with Save).
- Expense and transaction are now linked together.

1. Tap Unprocessed to see a list of Mastercard (company card) transactions. |
2. Find the transaction that matches the expense incurred. |
3. You can now either tap on the Camera or Paperclip icon to add the expense to the selected transaction. | |

4. Finish with Save |
5. Expense and transactions are now linked together. If you want to add a split, tap the icon. Finish with OK and the split of your transaction is now complete.

Worth knowing - Problems with dispatch
If you are greeted with the message:
There are company cards that are not matched with a Mastercard transaction.
This may indicate that an expense has been created that does not match a transaction on the company card. You must therefore find this "extra" payment and delete it in the system. You can then send to outlay for approval as usual.
