How do i integrate Mileage Book with Salary?

To integrate Mileage Book with Salary you simply have to follow these steps:

1. Log in to www.mileagebook.com 

2. Choose System setup.

3. Choose Integration. 

4. Choose Salary.

5. For this step you are going to need your companys API key. This is found by logging into Salary's website and pressing Virksomhed followed by API-nøgler.

Press the orange button with the words Tilføj API-nøgle and write your companys name in the description. 

After this, you should be able to see a long user defined API key. 

6. You will need to copy and paste this key into Mileage Books website in the API key box.

7. Press Test connection and you should see the following pop up. 

If you run into an error regarding a missing CVR number, you will need to input this under System settings and Company account. 

8. Press Connect

Your API integration between Mileage Book and Salary is now good to go. 

If you also want to pay out expenses along with the salary payment, simply follow these steps:

1. Log in to https://www.mileagebook.com/en/ 

2. Choose System setup.

3. Choose Reciept parameters.

4. Check the box Include expense reports in payroll

Now your company expenses will automatically be transferred alongside your salary.
