Do you find that there are more trips in your Mileage Book app than you can see when you log in to your mileage log via. our webportal?
The reason why this may be due to one of the following reasons:
When you register your trips with your phone, they are initially stored there, after which they will be synchronized and stored on our server, completely automatically without the user noticing anything.
Once your trips are stored on our server, they will be displayed on the web portal.
If this synchronization process doesn't get merged or fail, all your new trips from the app will not be stored on our server and will therefore not be displayed on the web portal.
The solution to this is to make a manual synchronization of the Mileage Book app
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Server
- Press Sync
If this one fails, you are being meet of an error message with an error code and the option of pressing "SEND"
If you press "SEND", an error report will be sent to Mileage Book support, which will take care of this as soon as possible and return to the user with the solution.
If you have multiple cars set up in the Mileage Book system, you may see all of the driving from Car A in the app and the driving of the Car B on the web portal, which does not match.
Here it is important to make sure that the correct car is selected in both the app and the web portal.
You choose car at app and web as follows:
The car selector is located at the top of the "Book" tab, and pressed on this one will be presented with a list of your created cars
The car selector is also located at the top of the "Book" tab on the webportal

Multiple users created
If two different users have been created and one is logged on to user 1 on the phone and user 2 on the webportal, it will also find that there are several trips in one place, above all else.
You can always check which user you are logged in with:
- App - Here you select More -> Settings -> Server -> At the top you will see the login mail
- Web - Here you select User setup -> User profile -> Under email you will see login mail
