How do I check in/out in the Mileage Book Fleet app?

This guide teaches you how to check in/out of the Mileage Book Fleet app.

This is can easily be done with a few steps:

1. Check in

Press 'Check in' after you have opened the app.

You can either scan the QR-code or the NFC chip in the sticker.

This sticker is usually placed in the windshield. 

2. Purpose and Project

When the sticker has been scanned, you have to select a purpose for the trip. If your company uses 'Projects', this may need to be selected too. Purpose and projects are shown in a drop-down menu. 

When Purpose/Project and Odometer value has been filled in, simply press 'Check in'.

3. Check out

Press on the button 'Check out', when you are done driving for the day. 

If you forget to check out, the system will do this automatically at midnight.

Do you have different purposes/projects during the day?

If you have different purposes/projects during the day, you have to check out/in of the car.

When you have checked out, select the new purpose/project.

After you have changed the purpose/project and checked in, you are ready to drive again.
