When you, as an employee, are assigned a timesheet template by your manager, Mileage Book will automatically generate timesheets for you on an ongoing basis.
Login to your account in a browser and click "Timeregistration"
- Here you can edit them if you have had anything out of the ordinary in your working hours.
- You can also assign activities and provide additional details regarding your working hours.
- If you choose to delete a day by clicking the trash can all the way to the right, the data for that day will be removed and reset, but the day will still appear—just without any recorded entries.
- You must always process the oldest weekly sheet first. It is not possible to submit hours for a week if there is an older, unprocessed week in your overview. Therefore, always make sure to process the oldest ones first.

For you as an employee, the easiest way is to download our app, Mileage Book Business. You can learn more about the app here. If you do not wish to use the app, you can also simply log in to your account via http://www.mileagebook.dk in a browser and manage your timesheets there instead.
How to manage your time sheets and working activities via browser
Edit timesheets
If you need to edit your timesheets or want to delete a timesheet completely so it is reset, simply click the trash can icon all the way to the right. Likewise, you can click the pencil icon to edit your workdays and specify which activities you have had during the day.
Activities
You can add as many activities as you want. The activities are preset by your manager, who has created and defined the timesheet templates assigned to you.
It is up to your employer whether you need to break down all activities in a day or just record work for the correct number of hours. Speak with your manager if you are unsure how detailed your timesheet should be.
Once you have added activities to all your weekdays, simply click "Save" at the bottom of the page. You can always edit it again later until you choose to submit the timesheet for approval. Read more about activities here.
Vacation
If you are going on vacation and already know that the next 3 weeks should simply be recorded as vacation, you just need to add the activity your manager has created that matches "Paid Leave." Start by setting your filters for a chosen period (max 4 weeks ahead). Click the pencil icon for the weeks it concerns and add an activity corresponding to the correct number of hours.
Filter by different periods
If you want to view periods beyond the current week, you can adjust your filters to show up to 4 weeks ahead. Mileage Book will then continuously generate new timesheets. It is not possible to manually create future timesheets.
Can't submit for approval?
If you can't submit for approval, it could be because you haven't completed all the days for the week or you have weekly sheets for previous weeks that haven't been submitted yet. You should therefore always process the oldest unprocessed weekly sheets first. This is done to ensure that you don't miss any classes.
Undo Work in favor of Vacation
If you need to change an activity on a given day from work to vacation instead, simply leave your work activity on the day and instead add a Vacation activity for that day. A dialog will appear indicating that your existing activity will be overwritten by the new one you are attempting to create.
