With Fleet Management, you can access Employee Tags / ID cards. This can be done either manually in Mileage Book or via an integration with, for example, SAP, Buanco, or another system. On this page, you will find a complete list of the tags assigned to individual employees.
You can search for:
- Specific employee names
- RFID cards that are assigned to an employee or not
- Active or inactive cards
If you click the pencil icon on the far right, you have the option to assign the card to an employee created in Mileage Book. It is only possible to have one employee assigned per card.
Example of using a buzzer with an RFID card
Below is an example of how to use an ID card for trip registration. In this example, it is set up so that a beeping sound is played for the driver when the ignition is turned on, until the ID card is registered. This is optional and can be adjusted depending on the device type.
