We are currently experiencing an issue which affects the display of trips for a small group of enterprise customers.
What has happened?
Following a firmware update to selected GPS devices on Thursday, 07.05.2026, an unintended conflict occurred with a general software update deployed overnight. As a result, customers using the latest firmware who recorded trips on the same day may see unusually long trips in their data this morning, as stops on the routes are not displayed correctly. At this time, this is a display issue where trips appear longer than they actually are.
What are we doing now?
We are investigating the root cause. No action is required from your side at this time. We will provide continuous updates on the status.
