As a fleet administrator, you have the opportunity to create tasks for various employees regarding the maintenance of vehicles as well as equipment. This guide will walk you through how to set up maintenance.
You will find Maintenance available under the two menu items Fleet vehicles and Assets.
At the top, you will have different filters that you can choose to fill in and then press apply. After that, the list of results below the blue bar will adjusts accordingly.
The grey tab divisions
Just above the list of search results, there is a small gray bar with three tabs of your already created tasks. So, if you only want to see tasks for vehicles, simply click on the gray tab that says "Vehicles". And the same if you only want to see all tasks related to assets, simply select the "Assets" tab.
Under the two specific tabs, you can create EXCEL files based on your list of tasks.
Search result list
In the list that is generated, you can see all the details about your tasks and click on a task to access the task overview. You can click on the pencil and edit the task or click on the waste bin to delete a task. A deleted task cannot be restored. Columns in results cannot be edited.
Please be aware that newly created tasks will take 5-10 minuttes before they will appear in the list of tasks!
