With a fleet solution through Mileage Book, you have many options to connect your existing tools, ensuring that all your registrations across systems work together in the best possible way. In this article, we aim to provide an overview of the integrations we offer.
All integrations listed below must be set up by the Mileage Book team.
Fleet Optimiser
With an integration to FleetOptimiser, you can automatically transfer data from Mileage Book to FleetOptimiser. This means all your driving data is collected in one place, where you can easily analyse and gain insights into driving patterns, consumption, and efficiency. In this way, you get a consolidated data foundation from Mileage Book that can be used directly in FleetOptimiser for further analysis and reporting.
Danish Road Traffic Authority (Færdselsstyrelsen), Vehicle Statistics (Bilstatistik) and the Danish Motor Register
By default, all fleet solutions can retrieve data from the Motor Register when a vehicle is created, either manually by clicking “Fetch data” on the master data page or by waiting for the weekly synchronisation (Wednesdays between 10–11).
With an integration to the Danish Road Traffic Authority, all your vehicles can be continuously and automatically added to Mileage Book and managed as they are registered to your CVR number. The integration creates and updates vehicles and continuously adds inspection reports and other important inspection details to each vehicle. Synchronisation takes place every weekday evening between 22–23.
With an integration to Vehicle Statistics (Bilstatistik), data can be retrieved continuously and as frequently as desired. Through this integration, we can always deliver the latest data and automatically create newly registered vehicles linked to a CVR number. Synchronisation takes place daily.
Insubiz
Insubiz handles the management and reporting of vehicle damage details to insurance providers. Once the integration is set up in Mileage Book, vehicle details are automatically transferred to Insubiz, whether this concerns the registration or deregistration of a vehicle. In addition, it is quick and easy to create damage reports directly from Mileage Book in Insubiz.
ThermIT, Thermo King, Cargobull & LinkItAll (Locus)
With a connection to ThermIT, Thermo King, Cargobull, or LinkItAll, temperature measurements can be synchronised from these systems into Mileage Book, ensuring that all temperature data related to your equipment is collected in one place within Mileage Book.
Outlook (Bookings)
With a connection to Microsoft Outlook, bookings from Mileage Book can be sent to Outlook. Bookings can be created, updated, and deleted automatically in Outlook via Mileage Book.
Alternatively, pool vehicles can be booked directly in Mileage Book through Outlook. This works in the same way as booking a meeting room at the office. Instead of a meeting room, you simply book a pool vehicle for a specific time period, and that vehicle will then be assigned to you for that duration.
Jyske Finans & Autolease
If you have an agreement with Jyske Finans or Autolease, you can connect Mileage Book to these systems, allowing vehicle and leasing data to be synchronised into Mileage Book. Contact them directly to learn more.
Vinterman
With an integration to Vinterman, you can continuously view in the Vinterman system where your vehicles are located, where they are driving, and how far they have travelled. We send data to Vinterman, giving you an overview of the behaviour and usage of your winter service vehicles.
