How to book a pool car in the Mileage Book Fleet app
Step 1.Click on "Booking" and click on the + sign. |
Step 2.Fill in booking details and select vehicle. |
Step 3.Tap the funnel icon to see either all cars or only the prioritized ones. |
Step 4.When displaying all cars, the prioritized ones will appear with a blue pushpin icon. |
Step 5.Find the vehicle in the list and click on it. |
Step 6.Confirm vehicle selection. |
Trin 7.Complete your booking with all the desired details. |
Trin 8.Your booking now appears in the overview of bookings. |
Check in to the vehicle using the sticker
Once you have booked a pool vehicle, it is ready for use.
When you enter the vehicle, you must check in by scanning the sticker placed inside the car.
Scanning the sticker confirms your booking and starts the trip.

Edit or delete a booking in Mileage Book
Editing a booking
If a booking has already started, you can only edit the end time.
Once the end time has been adjusted, you can create a new booking if needed.
Booking a vehicle used by another person
If a vehicle is booked by another user, you cannot book the vehicle until the existing booking has been edited or ended by that user.
Deleting a booking
It is not possible to delete bookings that:
have passed their start time
are in the past
These bookings can only be ended or adjusted by editing the end time.
