About unprocessed trips
When trips driven in pooled vehicles land on this page, it is because the trip needs some information to be filled in. These can also be trips that the Fleet Administrator has transferred to you, for example, if the trip was initially registered without an employee.

How to finalize trips on the website
If the trip is not missing any additional information, such as purpose, note or other information, you can simply click the 'Finish' button.
If the trip is missing a purpose, click the pencil on the far right.
Here you can add purpose, ID and a note. When the information is filled in and no further corrections are required, you can click the 'Save and Finalize' button.
If you want to save your corrections, but you are not ready to finalize the trip, click the 'Save' button. The updated trip will still be visible to you until it is finalized.

How to complete trips in the Mileage Book Fleet app
When you tap on a trip, you can, just like on the website, add the information that is missing for the trip. This could be Purpose, Project, Note or other.
Once the information is filled in, tap the 'Save' button.
You have now completed this trip via the app.
