How to use keyless in your daily function

With a keyless solution, you don't have to remember the key to lock or unlock with.

In this guide, we will show you how to use it in everyday life. Remember, however, that before a vehicle can be used with keyless, the vehicle must first be unlocked with its key.

How to get started

1. Download the Mileage Book Fleet app via the App Store or Google Play
2. Login with your user. If this is your first time logging in, it is best to do so at a time when you are not pressed for time so that you ensure your login works as intended.
3. If bookings are required during the setup, you must first make a booking for the vehicle you would like to use. Read here how to book a vehicle.
4. Physically go to the car and make sure you are less than 5 meters from the car so that you are sure your phone's Bluetooth signal can find the car.
5. Next, select the menu item "Car key" in the menu item in your app.
6. Here you can select "Bluetooth" view (recommended) or SMS view.
   1. The Bluetooth view is recommended to use as standard. It sends a Bluetooth signal immediately to the car and it unlocks within a few seconds.
   2. The SMS function unlocks by sending an SMS to an external network provider, which then sends a message to the car to unlock. Delays may be experienced with this function.

If you are not close enough to the vehicle, it may be difficult for the app to find the vehicle. Therefore, get as close as possible to ensure that you can unlock the vehicle.

If it still cannot find any vehicles even though you are standing right next to it, you will get an error message and be asked to restart your app and try again.

When the vehicle is locked or unlocked, the car door will be your indicator of whether the car is locked or not. The app will not display the car's status.
