Two pages about how your assets are used
Assets with a tracking device register when the engine is on, for how long, and where the asset has been. You can follow this on two pages:
- Machine operation: all engine ignitions with time, location and runtime.
- Utilized without employee: the times the asset was used without an employee being registered.
Machine operation
1. Select Asset in the menu on the left.
2. Click Machine operation.
Each line is one engine ignition. The list shows asset, department, date and time, start and end location, employee, moving (distance and time), active time and engine ignition. You filter by asset, department and period in the columns.
Excel export
Click Excel to download the lines with your current filters. The file contains these columns:
- Asset
- Department and department number
- Start date, start time, end date and end time
- Start location and end location
- Employee and employee number
- Moving (distance) and Moving (time)
- Active Time
- Engine ignition
Utilized without employee
1. Select Asset in the menu on the left.
2. Click Utilized without employee.
The list shows start and end time, start and end location, moving (distance and time), active time, engine ignition, asset, department and fleet group. You filter by asset, department and fleet group in the columns.
Assign an employee
1. Tick the lines that belong to the same employee.
2. Click Assign employee.
3. Select the employee, and save.
Excel export
Click Excel to download the lines with your current filters. The file contains these columns:
- Start date, start time, end date and end time
- Start location and end location
- Moving (km and minutes)
- Active Time (minutes)
- Engine ignition (minutes)
- Asset
- Department
- Fleet group
