Fleet management integrations in Mileage Book
With integrations you connect Mileage Book to the systems you already use. Vehicle data, inspection reports, trip data, damages, temperatures and bookings automatically end up in the right place, and you avoid entering the same information several times.
The Motor Register is available to everyone with fleet management. The other integrations are add-ons and are set up by Mileage Book. Contact Mileage Book if you would like to know more about an integration. You can see the integrations your company has under System setup > Fleet management > Integrations.
Danish Motor Register (Motorregisteret)
Everyone with fleet management can retrieve vehicle data from the Danish Motor Register. Data is retrieved when the vehicle is created, when you click Retrieve data on the vehicle's master data, and during the weekly synchronisation on Wednesdays between 10 and 11. The data is shown on the Motorregister tab on the vehicle.
Data you get
- Technical data, for example VIN, fuel type, power and total weight
- Environmental data, for example CO₂ emission, NOx and Euro standard
- Latest inspection
Danish Road Traffic Authority (Færdselsstyrelsen)
With the integration to the Danish Road Traffic Authority, your vehicles are automatically added to Mileage Book as they are registered to your CVR number. Synchronisation takes place every weekday between 22 and 23.

- Automatic creation and updating of vehicles registered to your CVR number
- Inspection reports
- Inspection details on the vehicles
Bilstatistik
With the integration to Bilstatistik, data can be retrieved continuously and as often as you like. Synchronisation takes place daily.

Fleet Optimiser
Fleet Optimiser is an analysis tool for public fleets. With the integration, Mileage Book automatically sends your trip data to Fleet Optimiser, where you can analyse the fleet and get an overview of whether it has the right size and composition.

- Overview of driving patterns, consumption and efficiency
- A data basis for analysis and reporting in Fleet Optimiser

Insubiz (damage reporting)
Insubiz manages and reports vehicle damages to the insurance company.
Data you get
- Vehicle details are automatically sent to Insubiz when vehicles are created or deregistered
- Damage reports are sent from Mileage Book to Insubiz
- Damage types are retrieved from Insubiz to the Damage report list

ThermIT, Thermo King, Cargobull and LinkItAll (temperature)
With an integration to ThermIT, Thermo King, Cargobull or LinkItAll (Locus), you gather the temperature measurements from your assets in Mileage Book.
Data you get
- Temperature measurements from the assets
- Temperature data gathered on the asset in Mileage Book

Microsoft Outlook (bookings)
With the Outlook integration, pool car bookings in Mileage Book and Outlook are kept in sync.
Data you get
- Bookings in Mileage Book are sent to Outlook by email when they are created, updated or deleted
- Pool cars can be booked in Outlook, just like a meeting room, and the booking is transferred to Mileage Book

If you have an agreement with Jyske Finans or Autolease, they can synchronise data into Mileage Book. Contact Jyske Finans or Autolease to learn more.

Vinterman
With the integration to Vinterman, Mileage Book sends data about your winter vehicles to Vinterman, so you can follow how they are used.

FKI (login for municipalities)
With the integration to FKI (Fælleskommunal Infrastruktur, the Danish common municipal infrastructure), the municipality's employees can log in to Mileage Book with their FKI login.
Data you get
- User information from FK Organisation when the user logs in
- Permissions controlled by your job function roles
- Automatic deactivation of users who are deactivated in FK Organisation
