Sign-in and password
Which email address should I use?
You must use the email address associated with your FKI account.
Do I need to enter my password in Mileage Book?
No. In Mileage Book, you only need to enter your FKI email address. Your password is entered on the FKI login page.
Why am I being redirected to another page?
When signing in with FKI, you are automatically redirected to FKI's secure login page. Once the login process is completed, you will be redirected back to Mileage Book.
Can I use a Mileage Book password?
No. When signing in with FKI, authentication is handled through FKI, so a Mileage Book password is not used.
I have forgotten my FKI password. What should I do?
FKI passwords are managed outside of Mileage Book. Please follow the password reset procedures used within your organisation.
Can I sign in with FKI on both the website and the app?
Yes. You can use the same FKI account to sign in to both the web version and the Mileage Book app.
Why do I need to sign in again?
For security reasons, your session may expire after a period of inactivity. When this happens, simply sign in again using FKI.
When sign-in does not work
I am not being redirected to the FKI login page. What should I do?
Make sure you have entered the correct FKI email address. You can also try refreshing the page or using a different browser.
I am redirected back to the login page after signing in. What does this mean?
This can happen if the sign-in process was not completed successfully or if the user account being used does not have access to Mileage Book.
I receive an error message on the FKI login page. What should I do?
Verify that you are using the correct FKI email address and password. If the issue persists, there may be a problem with your access to FKI.
Users and permissions
I am a new employee and cannot sign in. What should I do?
First, make sure you have been provided with an active FKI account and that you are using the correct email address when signing in.
I can sign in, but I am missing features in Mileage Book. Why?
Access to features in Mileage Book depends on the role and permissions assigned to your user account.
Can Mileage Book create or change my FKI account?
No. Mileage Book uses FKI for authentication but does not manage FKI users, passwords, or permissions.
Who manages users and permissions in FKI?
Users, roles, and permissions are managed by each organisation and not by Mileage Book. Please contact your internal IT department if you require assistance.
Important
Mileage Book provides the integration with FKI for sign-in but does not have access to create, modify, or manage users, passwords, or permissions within FKI. If you experience issues with your FKI account or do not have access after signing in, the cause may be related to your organisation's FKI configuration and setup.
