If you, after purchasing a subscription from Mileage Book, have gotten a new credit/debit card, it is important that your new payment card is entered in Mileage Book so that the automatic renewal of your subscription can be completed.
Log into your Mileage Book account via www.mileagebook.com
- Select System setup
- Select Company account
- Click in the pencil icon in the field for bank details
- Enter your new credit card information. Finish by clicking the check icon to save.
NOTE: All credit card information entered in the Mileage Book is managed in the QuickPay payment system which is PCI Security Standards Council certified, which means that all credit card information is stored with the highest security.
Exceeded payment date?
If the payment date has passed, you will not be able to log in to your account until you decide on your payment, enter your payment information again and press buy/confirm.
