Cancellation of PRO, PRO+ or PREMIUM
If you wish to cancel your PRO, PRO+ or PREMIUM subscription with Mileage Book, you can do so by logging into your user account on our website and following the steps below:
- Select System Settings
- Select Company Account
- Select Cancel subscription if you want the subscription to terminate at the end of the current paid period.
- Select Downgrade to free subscription if you wish to downgrade to a free subscription, which will give you continued access to your data going forward.
Cancellation of STARTER, BUSINESS or ENTERPRISE
Cancellation must be submitted in writing to support@mileagebook.com no later than 3 months before the start of the next billing period.
Return of GPS Devices
The GPS device is loaned to you and remains the property of Mileage Book. Upon termination of your subscription, you are obligated to return the device.
All devices – regardless of type or model – must be returned in fully functional condition and without damage beyond normal wear and tear, so that the device can be reused after data has been reset.
If the device:
- is not returned
- is returned after the deadline
- is returned damaged
- is returned in a condition that makes it unsuitable for reuse
Mileage Book will invoice you for the full hardware price.
Invoicing will occur regardless of the reason for the device’s condition, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Return Deadlines
- PRO, PRO+ and Premium: The device must be received no later than 14 days after the subscription ends.
- STARTER, BUSINESS and ENTERPRISE: The device must be received no later than 30 days after the agreement ends.
The deadline is calculated from the date the subscription/agreement terminates.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipment is clearly marked with your company name or customer number.
Downgrading to a Free Subscription
If Downgrade to free subscription is selected, your subscription will convert to a free subscription at the end of the original subscription period. All previously registered trips will remain stored on our servers.
(Note: Trips registered under a free subscription are not stored on our servers.)
Payment via Apple
If you have subscribed to Mileage Book through Apple/iTunes, please follow the steps below to cancel your subscription via Apple:
- Go to Settings on your phone
- Tap [your name]
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you wish to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription
