Termination and return
If you would like to cancel your subscription with Mileage Book, this can be done by logging into your user account on our website and following the steps below:
- Select System Setup
- Select Company account
- Select Cancel subscription if it is to be cancelled
- Select Change to free subscription if you want to downgrade your subscription to free
If Terminate subscription is selected, the subscription is terminated at the end of the paid period.
Mileage Book stores your data for 3 months after the subscription ends, after which it will be deleted. You will then be asked to choose the reason for the termination.
Return of the tracker
If you have a GPS tracker (OBD or Battery), you are responsible for returning the device no later than 14 days after the subscription ends - as Mileage Book lends the GPS tracker to you.

Change to free subscription
If Change to free subscription is selected, your subscription will change to a free subscription at the end of the original subscription and all your previous journeys will continue to be stored on our server.
(NOTE: All trips registered on a free subscription are not saved on our server).
Payment through Apple
NOTE: If you have subscribed to Mileage Book through Apple/iTunes, please follow the instructions below to cancel your subscription through Apple:
Go to Settings on your phone
Press [your name]
Next, tap Subscriptions.
Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
Press Cancel subscription.
