What happens if I change payment cards and forget to correct it in the Mileage Book?
Answer: Mileage Book makes a reservation of the amount on your account to ensure payment.
- And if there are more than 30 days to the payment date, we will release the reservation again and the money will only be withdrawn on the actual payment date.
- If less than 30 days until due, we will keep the reservation but payment will only be deducted from the card on the payment date.
Will I be reminded about subscription renewal?
For Pro, Pro+ and Premium

- Card payment: Receives an email reminder 3 days before the payment reminder.
- Apple payment: Standard notification settings from apple apply. Adjustments for this must be made in the phone settings.
For Business and Enterprise

- In case of invoice payment to Mileage Book, we will send an invoice for the next period 30 days before the due date.
I just paid but want to upgrade, do I have to pay full price again?
Answer: No, you do not. If you choose to change your subscription at the start or in the middle of an invoicing period, you will be offset against what you have already paid. Then if you choose to upgrade to Premium from Pro, you will simply have to pay the difference.
What should I do if I want to downgrade or terminate?
Answer: You can log into your account at any time and downgrade to a free subscription or cancel your account. Read more here.
- Downgrading to PRO takes effect immediately, refunds not already paid.
- Downgrading to FREE, takes effect at the end of the payment period.
I didn't respond to my reminder within 3 days and now I want my money refunded, can I?
