This is how you can easily check in to your pool car.
If you have booked a car, simply check in to it when you are ready to drive.
- Download the Mileage Book Fleet app from your app store / Play store.
- Give the app full access to your camera.
- Log in with your user.
- Select "Check in" in the menu at the bottom.
- You can then choose whether you want to check in with a QR code or with an NFC chip.

If you want to check in with a QR code, simply hold the camera over the QR code directly in the middle so that it can read your sticker. |
Tilt the top of your phone towards your sticker so that they touch each other. It will then read the chip in the sticker and scan it. |
2. Purpose and Project
If the account administrator has predetermined that a purpose and project must be included, you will be asked to decide on these fields after you have scanned your sticker. Purpose and projects will be displayed in drop-down menus. Once this is filled in, the next step is to simply press 'Check in'.
If you have multiple goals and projects on the same day, you will need to check out and then check back in. Simply change the goal or project. Once this has been changed and you have pressed 'Check in', you are ready to ride a new ride with the new goal/project.
3. How to Check out of the vehicle
Press on the button 'Check out', when you are done driving for the day.
If you forget to check out, the system will do this automatically at midnight.
Do you have different purposes/projects during the day?
If you have different purposes/projects during the day, you have to check out/in of the car.
When you have checked out, select the new purpose/project.
After you have changed the purpose/project and checked in, you are ready to drive again.
