Get started with EG Xena

Get API key & Fiscal ID from EG Xena

1. Login to your EG Xena account and navigate to Setup > import/export data > API keys > Create
2. Then create a new API key named Mileage Book.
3. You can find the Fiscal ID in your EG Xena url on the same page. It will typically look like the one below. The middle number in the url is your Fiscal ID. https://my.xena.biz/Fiscal/105432/FiscalSetup/ApiKeys

Insert EG Xena info into Mileage Book

1. Navigate to System Setup > EG Xena > Integration
2. Insert here your API key and your Fiscal ID and then click "Get Accounts"
3. Then select the "Outlay account" and "Class journal" fields in the dropdown.
4. Finish by pressing "Save" at the bottom of the page.

Your integration is now complete.
