About the green dashboard
Settings for the Green Dashboard can be found under System Setup > Fleet Management > Settings > Scroll down the bottom to the "Green Dashboard" section. To get started with the green dashboard in the Mileage Book, simply set up the values that are similar to your fleet.
Once the values are inserted, you can then navigate to Vehicles in the menu and see the subpoint further down in the "Green Dashboard" list.
Driving pattern
The following values are general tracker standards defined by Teltonica. These should not be edited unless you know the overall effective values that are appropriate for your particular type of fleet.
- Number of minutes a vehicle must keep idle at a time (minimum 3 minutes): 3 minutes
- Upper limit for quick accelerations (minimum 2.5 m/s² and max 10.0 m/s²): 2.7
- Upper limit for hard brakes (minimum 2.7 m/s² and max 10.0 m/s²): 2.5
- Upper limit for quick turns (minimum 2.7 m/s² and max 10.0 m/s²): 3.4
CO2 points per running 30 days
Define your values exactly as you would like to see the distribution of points inside your green dashboard. The values entered here will immediately change the graphic data on the dashboard itself.
- Number of points a vehicle highest must have to be green: 150 (example)
- Number of points a vehicle highest must have to be yellow: 1000 (example)
- Number of points a vehicle at least must have to be red: 1001 (example)
Explanation
For the figures defined for "driving pattern", the normal standards are common to passenger cars. It is not recommended to change these and if you should change them, you should only edit these numbers with a change in the number to the right of the comma.
For the figures defined in the CO2 point section, one can decide for yourself what your fleet's limit values should be. You can always edit this as you want until you have the color distribution in your green dashboard.
Point weighting
- Number of minutes a vehicle must keep idle at a time: 3 min, then 1 point/min
- Upper limit for quick accelerations: 3 points per Exceeding
- Upper limit for hard brakes: 1 point per Exceeding
- Upper limit for quick turns: 1 point per Exceeding
