Message types in the Action center
This is what the most common messages in the Action center mean, and what you should do.
Tracker removed
The tracker has lost power from the vehicle or asset. It may have been taken out, or it may be loose. Check that the tracker is installed correctly.
Tracker not calling in – no signal from a tracking device
The tracker has not been able to send data to Mileage Book. This typically happens when the vehicle is in an underground car park, an area with poor coverage, a closed metal box, or when it has crossed a border and not reconnected to a Danish network.
A tracking device is active without being linked to a vehicle or asset
The tracker is registering trips but does not know which vehicle or asset they belong to. Link the tracker to the vehicle, either on the vehicle's master data or under System setup > Tracking devices.
A vehicle is deregistered with a GPS tracker installed
The vehicle is deregistered in the Motor Register but still has a tracker. Remove the tracker from the vehicle so you can reuse it and avoid being invoiced for a lost device.
Vehicles or assets have moved while linked to a specific department
The vehicle or asset belongs to a department set up as inactive, but it has moved anyway.
A tracking device's internal battery voltage is below the allowed limit
The battery voltage is below the limit you have set up, for example 9 volts. Check the vehicle's power supply and battery.
