Where to find the dashboard
The dashboard is your start page in fleet management. It gives you a quick overview of the most important things in your fleet, so you can see what needs your attention today.
1. Select Fleet vehicles in the menu on the left.
2. Click Dashboard.
The cards on the dashboard
The dashboard consists of a number of cards. If a card says All vehicles are OK with a green check mark, there is nothing to act on. Click the arrow ↗ in the top right corner of a card to go to the page with all the details.
- Action center: fleet messages requiring action.
- Driven outside working hours: vehicles that have been driving outside their time schedule.
- Driving zone violation: driving in or outside zones where the vehicle is not allowed.
- Speed violations: vehicles that have exceeded the maximum allowed speed.
- Map: location of the vehicles that have most recently moved (max 15).
- Kilometers driven: kilometers per month compared with the same period last year.
- Vehicles to be extended, sold or replaced.
- Available vehicles.
- Leasing contracts expiring: contracts expiring within 180 days.
- Overdriven km and Underdriven km: leased vehicles expected to drive too many or too few kilometers compared with the contract.
- Upcoming periodic inspections.
- Vehicle without employee.
- Upcoming service: service within 1,000 km or 90 days.
- Upcoming service tasks for assets.
Can I make an Excel export from the dashboard?
No. The dashboard has no Excel button. If you need an export, click the arrow ↗ on the card and make the export from the page you land on, for example Action center, Fleet violation or Leasing.
Why is a card empty?
The cards are based on your setup. Driven outside working hours requires a time schedule, Driving zone violation requires zones, and Speed violations requires a speed rule. The Action center only shows the message types that are switched on under notifications.
