As an approver, controller or administrator, you now have the opportunity to see a complete overview of the 60 days of activity distributed across all employees. The page cannot be accessed by users with lower rights than the approver. An approver will also only be able to see the employees on the list for whom the approver is an approver. You will find the page when you are logged in to Mileage Book via browser. It is located here under the 60-day rule pages. Click on the filters to specify which periods or employees you want to get an overview of. |
