How to export the fleet mileage book
With Export trips to excel you create an Excel file with your fleet's driving. You decide how the kilometers should be split, and whether all trips should be included.
1. Select Fleet vehicles in the menu on the left.
2. Click Mileage Book.
3. Click Export trips to excel.
4. Choose the content of the two sheets (see below).
5. Select the period, and filter by employee, employee department, vehicle and vehicle department if needed.
6. Click OK. The file is downloaded to your computer.
Sheet 1: Sum
The sheet always shows the total distance. You choose how it should be split:

Tick Show trips to get an extra sheet with all trips. The sheet contains these columns:

- Odometer at trip start and stop
- Distance (km)
- Trip type
- Purpose
- Notes
- Dimensions
- Status
- Vehicle and fuel type
- Vehicle department

Can I edit the file?
Yes. The file is a normal Excel file that you can work with as you like.
