What does the different tabs mean in the app?

The menu bar is located at the bottom of the app. The tabs you see depend on your subscription and the features you or your company use. If there is not room for all features in the menu bar, you will find them under "More".

The app follows your phone's light or dark mode setting, so the colours may look different from the images.

Mileage book

This is where you see all your trips. If you have a GPS tracker, you can switch between "Review trips" and "All".

• Tap the funnel at the top to filter by trip type and period and to choose the sort order.
• Tap a trip to edit it.
• Tap "+" to create a new trip with the phone's GPS or enter it manually.
• Tap the paper plane to send your mileage report. See the section "Send or transfer your report".

Edit several trips at once

1. Tap "Edit" in the top right corner.
2. Select the trips you want to edit, or tap "Select all".
3. Tap "Edit" at the bottom, and choose what you want to do, for example fill in the purpose, change the vehicle, merge the trips or mark them as reviewed.

If you merge trips, the selected trips are combined into one trip. You choose whether the distances should be added together or the direct route should be calculated.

Create

This is where you register a trip with the phone's GPS by tapping "Start" and "Stop". To enter a trip manually, tap "Create new" in the top left corner.

Outlay

This is where you register your outlays. Tap "+" to create a new outlay, and add the date, amount, expense type and a photo of the receipt. Outlays without a receipt are marked "No attachment".

Send or transfer your report

Use the paper plane to send or transfer your mileage report. You have two options:

• Transfer: Transfers mileage and outlays directly to your accounting system, for example e-conomic.
• Send via e-mail: Sends your mileage report as CSV, Excel or PDF for a selected period.

My profile

This is where you see your name, login e-mail and company. If something looks wrong in the app, tap "Synchronize". Your data will then be fetched and sent again.

More

Under "More" you will find the features that are not in the menu bar, for example:

• Tracking devices: Your GPS trackers, whether all trips or only trips within a time schedule should be recorded, and whether trips must be reviewed.
• Sixty days rule: An overview of the places that count towards the 60-day rule.
• Settings: Distance unit, vehicles, places, purposes, trip types, compensation and display of odometer reading and times.
• My profile and Subscription: See your profile, or see, upgrade or cancel your subscription.
• Log out.
