Why can I see more trips in the app than on the web?
This is typically caused by one of the following:
- Synchronization issue
- Wrong vehicle selected
- Different user logged in
- Incorrect date range selected

1. Could it be a synchronization issue?
What happens?
When you register trips using your phone or tracker, they are initially stored locally on the device.
They are then automatically synchronized with the server approximately every 2 hours.
Trips will only appear on the web (www.mileagebook.dk) once they are stored on the server.
If synchronization has not been completed, the trips will only be visible in the app.
What should I do?
Perform a manual synchronization:
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Select More
- Select Settings
- Select Server
- Tap Synchronize
If an error occurs, an error message will appear with the option to tap "SEND".
By tapping Send, an error report is automatically submitted to Support.
2. Could it be because I have multiple vehicles?
What happens?
If you have multiple vehicles created in Mileage Book:
- Trips may be registered under another vehicle
- The app or website may be set to display a different vehicle
What should I do?
App:
Go to the Logbook tab → tap the vehicle name at the top → select the correct vehicle.
Web:
Go to the Logbook tab → select the correct vehicle at the top of the page.
3. Could I be logged in with two different users?
What happens?
If two different users are created, and:
- You are logged in as user 1 in the app
- You are logged in as user 2 on the web
The trips will differ between the two platforms.
What should I do?
Check the login email in both places:
App:
More → Settings → Server
The login email is displayed at the top.
Web:
User Settings → User Profile
The login email is displayed under Email.
The email address must be the same on both platforms.
4. Could it be caused by an incorrect date range?
What happens?
Only trips within the selected date range are displayed.
If you cannot find your trips, the date filter may be set incorrectly.
What should I do?
Web:
Go to the Logbook tab.
Set the From and To dates at the top of the page.
Only trips within this range will be displayed.
App:
Go to the Logbook tab.
The app displays one month at a time.
Change month by swiping left/right or using the arrows at the top.
What if the issue is still not resolved?
- Review all sections above
- Perform a manual synchronization
- Send an error report via the app if an error message appears
Support will then investigate and assist you.
