Reboot to update
New firmware has been downloaded to the cabinet. Perform a reboot via the service menu to apply it.
Cabinet is synchronizing
The cabinet is updating and synchronizing data from the software. Do not turn off if possible.
Login
The cabinet is ready for a user to log in.
Connecting
The cabinet is trying to connect to the server after a factory reset.
If stuck in Connecting: check that the network cable is fully connected and that the cabinet has the correct IP settings.
Please open door
When a valid user logs in, “Please open door” will appear on the display.
If the cabinet goes directly to Search without opening the door: there is a technical issue with the lock. Restart the cabinet by unplugging the power from the PCB.
Unregistered RFID code
No user is found with the specified RFID card.
No key access
The user exists but has no active booking or access rights to a key in the cabinet.
