This article applies to the Kørebog app. If you use the Mileage Book Business app, please see Mileage Book Business app.
You can get your mileage report out of the app in two ways: You can send it via e-mail as a file, or you can transfer it directly to your accounting software.
- Tap "Mileage book", and tap the paper plane in the top right corner.
- Choose the car.
- Choose the period with a start date and an end date.
- Choose the trip type, for example "Business".
- Choose the file format: CSV, Excel or PDF. With Free, you can only choose CSV.
- Tap "Send".
The report is sent with your phone's own e-mail app. You therefore need to have an e-mail account set up on your phone.
Transfer to accounting software
|
If you have an integration with your accounting software, for example e-conomic, you can transfer mileage and outlays directly. See how to set up the integration in Get started with e-conomic.
If you choose "Later", the accounts are placed in the daybook (kassekladde) of your accounting software, for example e-conomic. From there, you can process them further and post them once you have checked your data. We recommend "Later", so that you can check the accounts in your accounting software before they are posted. If you choose "Now", the accounts are transferred with a bank as the counterpart account. This means direct payment, and you do not receive an entry like you do when you pay an employee. |
