Where to find the fuel cards
Under Fuel Card you collect your fleet's fuel cards, charging cards and charging stations and assign them to vehicles. This gives you an overview of which cards belong to which vehicles, and when they expire.
1. Select Fleet vehicles in the menu on the left.
2. Click Fuel Card.
The list shows type, supplier, card number, vehicle, installation date, expiration date, address, code and status. Use the Associated filter to see, for example, cards that are not assigned to a vehicle. You can also filter in the columns.
Excel export
Click Excel to download the cards in the list with your current filters. The file contains these columns:
- Type (fuel card, charging card or charging station)
- Supplier
- Card number/ID
- Vehicle
- Status
- Installation date
- Expiration date
- Address
- Code
- Active
