About Leasing
The leasing tab is used to collect and maintain all relevant information related to a vehicle leasing agreement. The tab provides a structured overview of contract terms, financial conditions, mileage limits, and additional leasing details.
The purpose is to ensure accurate administration, tracking, and documentation throughout the lifecycle of the leasing agreement.
Filters
Here it is possible to sort on different parameters to find the desired overview. This is done at the top, where you can choose between department, car, fleet group and risk type.
Risk type can be used, among other things, to check whether there is a risk of the vehicle driving too many kilometers on its lease contract. If you need to make an extract of all your leasing contracts, you also have the option to press the Excel button and download an extract.
Setup
If you choose to click on a vehicle license plate you will be directed to the fleet vehicle details. Here, a leasing tab is assigned for the vehicle where the lease has been created.
