What does Leasing show?
Leasing gives you an overview of your fleet's leasing contracts. You can quickly see whether a vehicle is on its way to driving too many or too few kilometers compared with the contract, and which contracts expire soon.
1. Select Fleet vehicles in the menu on the left.
2. Click Leasing.
Filters
- Department.
- Risk type: Estimated overdriven km, Estimated underdriven km or Contract expiring soon.
- Vehicle and Fleet group in the columns.
Columns
- Vehicle and Fleet group.
- Start contract and Contract expiration.
- km driven on contract.
- km bought on contract.
- Calculated km for the entire leasing period: the vehicle's average kilometers per day multiplied by the remaining days in the leasing period. A plus means the vehicle is expected to drive more kilometers than bought.
