The system parameters consist of five adjustable parameters that allow for adding or removing functionality. The parameters consist of Unit, Odometer, Decimals, Trip Types, Time and use of ID fields.
Unit
Select which unit of measurement is to be used in the driving account. (Kilometers/miles)
Odometer
Activating the odometer will require an entry of the car's odometer value when starting a trip. The mileage value will be shown on the driven trips both on the website and in the app, as well as on the completed mileage account.
The number of kilometers must be included in the traffic statement as documentation for the Danish tax administration SKAT, in order to meet the requirements for receipt of mileage allowance.
Decimal
This feature adds decimals to the mileage counter and the distance of the driven trips, as well as the completed mileage accounts. This may be relevant if you want a more accurate overview of the distance traveled.
Trip Types
If there is a need to categorize your trips, Trip Types can be used. Trip Types allow you to divide trips into two categories; Business and private. If you choose to turn off Trip Types, all trips will be seen as business trips.
Time
By activating time, the start and end time of a trip will be registered and subsequently displayed on each trip.
