If you, or your company, have created several locations in the Mileage Book that are located so close that their radius overlaps on a map, you may find that your new trip will display a message when you try to register it.
It looks like this on a web browser. There will be an orange message that there are overlapping places and you must therefore choose which of the two (or more) places you have parked at.

In the next column, you can now choose which of the overlapping places should be the one applicable for the trip in question.
You can choose by either clicking on the circle on the map or selecting the place in the drop down menu below the map. Press Add to add that location to your tour.

Subsequently, you may also have to fill in additional dimensions for your trip, but only if it is something that has been set up on the account. Here are more details to specify your trip. Click a blue square button with a right-facing arrow on it to add the missing details about your trip. Please note that dimensions are customer specific and can therefore vary whether they are relevant or not for your particular access.
