About unprocessed trips
In Mileage book, before the payment period, remember to submit your mileage logs for processing so that it can appear on your pay slip. You do this under Accounts > My accounts.

If you receive the error message ''Unprocessed trips in the period'', it is because you have not completed processing all your trips in the unprocessed tab in your Logbook, either on your phone or via the web.
Automatically registered trips will be placed in the Unprocessed tab. This is where you must assess whether the trips should be included in your Mileage book. Unwanted trips (e.g. private trips) must be edited and set to be private trips.
How to finalize trips in the Kørebog app
In your Kørebog app, you must swipe left to delete private trips and swipe right if it is business-related trips that must be included in your driving account.
When the Unprocessed tab is empty, the error message should be gone and you can now transfer your Mileage Book log.
How to finalize trips via the web
In the menu item Driving log > Unprocessed trips, you can see all unprocessed trips that you just need to check to see if they are as they should be. You simply click on the pencil to edit a trip, make the necessary changes and press save at the end. Then the trip will disappear from your overview of unprocessed trips. Don't worry, it will still be part of your personal driving record. When all trips have been processed, the menu item "Unprocessed trips" will no longer be displayed.
