The app follows your phone's light or dark mode setting. If dark mode is turned on, the app is shown with a black background, otherwise with a white background.
Log in
If you already have an account, enter your e-mail and password and tap "Log in". If you have forgotten your password, tap "Forgot password?".
Create a new account
Please do not use your current or a future work e-mail when you create an account.
- Tap "Create user account" at the bottom of the login screen.
- Fill in your e-mail and password, and accept the subscription terms and privacy policy.
- Fill in your user profile: company, name, home address and phone number. Tap "Next".
- Choose a subscription. Free gives you up to 10 receipts and 20 trips per month. Pro gives you unlimited trips and receipts and integration with a payroll or ERP system.
- Tap "Create user account", and tap "OK" in the welcome message. You are now logged in.
You can always see and change your subscription under "More" and then "Subscription".
Give the app access to your location
The app uses your location to register the start and stop address, distance and route. If the app does not have access, a message about missing location permission is shown.
It is important to choose "Always". Otherwise, a trip you have started with start and stop may stop when the phone locks the screen or the app goes to sleep while you are driving.
iPhone
- Open the phone's "Settings", and choose "Kørebog".
- Tap "Location", and choose "Always".
- Make sure that "Precise Location" is turned on.
