Phone Settings
First and foremost, it is essential that your phone is set up so that Mileage Book always has access to the phone's GPS signal and that battery optimization does not interfere with the app's access to this signal. You can read more about this below:

Add License Plate to Your Vehicle
When you, as an employee, have recorded multiple trips and are ready to submit them for approval, it’s important that you have entered a license plate number in Mileage Book. Without it, the system will not allow you to submit your entries for approval. This can be done both in the app and on our website.
Through the app: In the app, simply select More > Settings > Vehicles > Tap "My Car" > Enter vehicle name + registration number.
Through the web: On the website, select User Settings > Vehicles > Click the pencil icon to the right of "My Car" - Here you enter the vehicle name + registration number.
Home Address
Mileage Book needs to know your home address to monitor the 60-day rule or calculate mileage deductions. Typically, the home address is entered by the administrator, but it’s a good idea to verify that it’s correctly listed. The home address is also a tax requirement that must appear on a mileage report. If you move, it’s important to notify your administrator/approver, as this could affect the calculation of the 60-day rule. To verify your home address, follow these steps:
Through the app: In the app, simply select More > Settings > User
Through the web: On the website, select User Settings > User Profile
