If you want to edit or add information to an already saved drive in the Mileage Book system, this can be done both from the Mileage Book app and from the Mileage Book website.
Note You can edit driving or expenses if they have not been submitted for approval. If they have not yet been approved, you can view your accounts via the website and cancel an account. This will release everything submitted to you again and you can now edit it again before submitting again.
From the website
- Log in to Mileage Books website and select login in the upper right corner
- Select Book
- Find the trip that has to be edited
- Press the pencil
on the right side of the trip
- The trip details will now appear and you can now make the necessary edits
- Finish with "Save"
In the app
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Select Book at the bottom of the app
- Find the trip to be edited and select it
- Press the "hamburger" icon in the upper right corner
- Select Edit
- The trip details will now appear and you can now make the necessary edits
- Finish by pressing the tick in the upper right corner
The changes will now be saved to that particular drive.
