About Rejected Registrations
When you submit an account for approval, your approver has the option of either rejecting individual registrations or rejecting the entire submitted account.
The rejected registrations will then end up in the "Rejected" tab/side menu, which you can access both in the Mileage Book app or on the Mileage Book website. Here they must then be edited so that they meet approval requirements again before they are submitted again.
Process rejected driving/expenses in the Kørebog app
- Open the Mileage Book app
- Select More
- Select Rejected trips or Rejected receipts
- Alternatively, you will also see your rejected registrations when you try to send for approval again.
|
You will now have an overview of which registrations have been rejected and can choose from here which registrations are to be edited by pressing the pencil or alternatively deleted by pressing the trash can.
If you choose to edit, you must press the check mark in the upper right corner after all changes have been made. You will then be asked if this trip/receipt must be submitted for approval again.
Process rejected driving/expenses via the Mileage Book website
- Log on to Mileage Book's website www.mileagebook.dk
- Select either Driving log > Rejected trips,
or Attachments > Rejected Attachments,
or Company card > Rejected expenses.
If there are any rejected registrations, you will be able to see that the side menu contains a red number.
Here you will have an overview of which registrations have been rejected and you can choose from here which ones are to be edited by pressing the pencil, or deleted by pressing the trash can.
When you have finished you will be asked if this registration is ready to be submitted for approval again. This simply means that you must confirm whether what you have corrected is correct.
To send for approval again, you must send for approval as usual and the edited content will now be included in the accounts.
