What does Booking overview show?
Booking overview shows all bookings of your fleet's pool cars in one list. You can see who booked which vehicle when, how long the booking lasted, and how much the vehicle actually drove in the period.
1. Select Fleet vehicles in the menu on the left.
2. Click Booking overview.
Columns and filters
The list shows:
- ID: the booking number.
- Period: when the booking starts and ends.
- Duration: the length of the booking.
- Driving time and Distance: how long and how far the vehicle drove in the booking period.
- Vehicle.
- Booked to employee and Booked to employee from department.
- Booked: when the booking was made.
- Booked by employee: who made the booking.
You filter with the funnel icon in the columns. You can filter by ID, period, vehicle, employee and department. Your active filters are shown above the list, and Clear filters resets them.
Excel export
Click Excel to download the bookings in the list with your current filters. The file contains these columns:
- ID
- Booked from and Booked to (date)
- Booked from time and Booked to time
- Duration (minutes)
- Driving time (minutes)
- Distance (km)
- Vehicle
- Booked to employee and Booked to employee no.
- Booked to employee from department and department no.
- Booked (date) and Booked time
- Booked by employee and Booked by employee no.
- Purpose
- Project and Project ID
- Note
Why are driving time and distance empty?
Driving time and distance come from the vehicle's GPS tracker. A dash means no driving was registered in the booking period, for example because the booking is in the future or the vehicle has not been driven.
