About the Changelog and Activitylog
In Mileage Book, you as an administrator have the option to see a menu item called LOG. Under log there are two types of logs available: Change log and Activity log This guide will try to go over both logs and how you can use them to find out what has been of activity and trip changes on your Mileage Book account. For the changelog, it is specifically what has been changed in connection with a specific trip, on a specific employee. So if, for example, a trip has been from A-B of 30 km and it has then been changed to 35 km, it will appear as a result in the search overview. The function shows the difference between the original distance and the new distance, which aims to detect and prevent cheating.
For the activity log, you can see everything that has been done by actions on your Mileage Book account. |
